He asserts that marijuana use “helps me focus on slowing down on my reps, focus on form and really engage my muscles.” This mind-body connection attained from cannabis use is why being high can improve your yoga practice.

It’s clear that cannabis can actually be quite motivating despite the typical stoner stereotypes. Recent studies have shown cannabis users are actually less likely to be obese than non-users.
